Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes approximately:
- Major Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Cities and Areas: 3–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and order details.
From time to time, The Book Bang may offer free shipping promotions or special delivery offers. Any applicable offer will be clearly mentioned on our website or promotional channels.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations in Pakistan.
For COD orders, customers are requested to provide a valid and complete phone number and delivery address. Our team or courier partner may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.
Please ensure that someone is available at the provided address to receive and pay for the order.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect address or failed delivery caused by the customer.
Delayed or Failed Delivery

Damaged Package

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photographs or videos of the package and product.
We will review the issue and assist you according to our return and exchange policy.
Partial or Separate Shipments
In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately due to product availability or operational reasons. If this happens, you may receive your items in separate packages.
